Perennial Birthday

This was the perfect weekend to stay indoors and enjoy time crafting and creating projects with friends. Saturday was my mini February stamp class. We made three cards using the Perennial Birthday stamp set. Everyone had a lot of fun creating these projects. This set has so much versatility, and everyone needs birthday cards to send out.

We also had our make up February swap exchange. Some of the ladies have been on vacation enjoying warmer weather. But those of us who have been braving the cold and snow of northern Wisconsin got together and exchanged cards.

Swap cards will be posted in my StampwithKristy-Stampin' Up! Demonstrator VIP Facebook group so be sure to check it out.

Below you can see the cards that were made during Saturdays mini stamp camp and a list of all the products used to make these cards. As always, if you have any questions please contact me. Enjoy!

Simple Daisy Delight Card

 Hello Stampers!

Here is my challenge card using the Daisy delight punch along with the Wood textures DSP. I used Tip Top Taupe for my card base which is retired, but you could easily use Crumb Cake or Sahara Sand. I jazzed it up with a doily, ribbon and gem. It is hard to see in the picture but I also spritzed it with Wink of Stella. Hope you like it. Stay tuned for more projects to come soon. Thanks for stopping by.

Card Swap

Tonight I spent some time in my craft room getting ready for card swap tomorrow night.

The weather was not cooperating at first. We had some storms roll through and we were out of power for a bit....luckily it came back on quickly and I was able to get my cards done.

The theme for card swap this month was "green and flowers"....so I put my new lemon lime twist stamp pad to work.

The card I CASED is on page 143 of the Annual Catalog. I liked the idea of the flower stamped in black on top of a background stamp, so this is my version. Hope you like it.

Timeless Textures Meets Jar of Love

Hello Stamping Friends,

I am super excited to share with you a few more cards I made this weekend. The Jar of Love stamp set meets Timeless Textures. I have learned a few things as I was making these cards:
1. I need to play with these sets more often.
2. I LOVE background stamps!
3. I need more flower stamps...and flower punches...and flower framelits! (I think I know what I need to add to my wishlist!!)
I hope you enjoy these cards as much as I do. The products used are listed below. All the products are current....the glitter combo pack is on the clearance rack...so if you like it, be sure to scoop it up fast. And as always, if you have any stamping needs please check out my online store. I greatly appreciate your support. And thanks for visiting. Happy Sunday!
